so i played harvest moon today for 4 hours. SERIOUSLY four hours.

the rest of the time at jocey's was spent helping her plan a prince of tennis/harvest moon crossover.

I am home! I am back, safe and sound, not married off - mostly because Alex decided to scare off the one guy that I actually did like. Other than that, it was...uh, it was a little awkward sometimes. It's really, really uncomfortable when a whole soccer team eyefucks the shit out of you as you walk by. It was. Weird. Special. Creepy? Yeah. I almost wanted to pretend that my cousin Nikki was my lesbian lover just so they would stop.

And then I got hit on by some skeezy Indian manager today when Maggie, Jocey and I went to Wendy's. My luck is not looking up.

Pictures and stuff are coming soon, whenever I get them all from Alex's computer/camera/whatever. It's nice to be home, though. Jocey glomped me when she saw me and wouldn't let go for like, a minute. That does not make up for the fact that she missed like, a week and a half worth of comments. Therefore: fail.

It's kind of late, though, and my whole sleeping pattern is fucked right now. I'm tired as shit but probably won't be able to sleep for another six hours. So screwed.

I want a viking hat. :(

fall out boy was amazing. gabe (of ~~midtown~~ cobra starship fame) makes me think naughty thoughts - mostly of the 'please bring midtown back!' sort - and "beat it" was the best song fob played...which is kind of sad if you think about it, i guess. i think jocey, katie, maggie and i were the only one's who actually knew the words to it. and...uh, rob and joey did too, but rob was pretty much wasted from the get go and joey ended up getting arrested! sweet. i can now officially say, "zomg someone i went to high school with got arrested!" even though why i would want to i don't really know. i'm sure someone would be impressed, though. somewhere.

haven't been around much, and i'm sorry! work has been sucking the life out of me, i've been trying to get into greg's pants for the past few weeks - mission: FAIL - and uh, i leave for the motherland (italy) in about three hours. i come back the sixth of july, though, so i am expecting a grand party a la gyllenhaal mansion upon my return. that is, if my step-dad doesn't (a) sell me into white slavery or (b) marry me off to a nice, respectable i-talian boy. (greg is a respectable i-talian boy, but alex doesn't want to hear it lolz)

nah. thinking on it, that's stupid because once i get back, katie, maggie and jilly are going to florida. and then jocey's going to baltimore for five days. WHAT IS IN BALTIMORE ~~besides otakon and whatever~~. i will never understand. bah. bah, i say.

i still need to think of a costume for joceyween. she said that i should be gwen stefani and i'll admit, my interest was piqued, but then i realized that it's too easy. maybe i'll go as princess daisy! jocey and i can match! kind of.

speaking of which, that hooker should be getting here soon. these posters aren't going to present themselves at the airport.

she's also got me hooked on run&gun now, mostly because she doesn't play anything else ever when we're in the car. then she bombarded me with picture after picture and okay, fine, I LIKE KOUSUKE BEST mostly because he has a character flaw. jocey says the lisp is cute. i say it makes him more human/unattractive and thus, much more likable. what does she know.

Ack, it's been a while, hasn't it. D: But now that I'm home from school, I think I should be around more often, at least until I up and leave for the motherland! I'm so excited to go to Italy, except that means I have to miss my uncle's annual Independence Day party, but I think I'll live. :D

Some other things to look forward to; GWEN STEFANI in Atlantic City next Sunday (THAT IS ONE WEEK AWAY OMFG) and anc;alse FALL OUT BOY on June 6th with COBRA motherfuckin' STARSHIP and +44 (omfg Mark Hoppus, let me have your babies!) and THE ACADEMY IS... except for that last one. I don't know how I feel about them still because I don't trust any male that isn't a hairdresser if they have nicer hair than I do. :\ Both are with my hipster counterpart (read: Jocey ♥) and it's going to be AMAZING. Fall Out Boy reportedly does a cover of "Beat It". "Beat It". That is so worth the $50 I shelled out for this. And then I leave for Italy on...the 16th? 17th? of June.

Though this does mean that our big, massive Juloonie get together is going to be put off until we all get back, and by that time, we're probably going to combine Jocey's 20th birthday (THE 29TH OF JULY SO PLZ DO NOT BE FORGETTING) and our huge "WE'RE ALL FINALLY IN THE SAME PLACE AT THE SAME TIME" bash into one party. At Jill's beach apartment so Ben can, supposedly, take shots of Everclear and jump off the balcony onto the beach. And beach bonfires! And sand! And flip-flops! And bathing suits! And my drunk, belligerent friends!

I feel that this summer truly won't get any better.

...unless Jocey and I happen to meet 12-Pack at Seaside Heights. :D :D

I am in California right now and it is AMAZING and bright and sunny and there is no bitter wind chill to seep through your damn clothes or no peddlers on the streets of NYC trying to mug you. Instead, there are up-to-do gay males who'd probably ask you if it was okay they mugged you first. We're right by the San Francisco harbor, and the bridge is...actually, the bridge isn't as impressive as they always make it seem in movies. Alcatraz is kind of looming in the distance. There are seafood shops everywhere. Amaaaaaaazing!

I'm glad I did get to see the others last night, though, and Jocey, whenever you scan our PoT list, send the files to me, okay? I'll be on my mom's laptop, so I'll get them either way.

Okay, fine. Jennifer Hudson has an amazing voice, but you don't win a freaking Oscar for it. Rinko Kikuchi was robbed. Her storyline was the most interesting by far . Stupid musicals.

I do have to say, though, "Love You I Do" is one of the cutest songs I've ever heard. Too bad Beyonce had to go fuck it up with her voice and glue on wig. =\

Got into an argument with my mom today about plans for next year. I really want to study abroad next spring (it seems like everyone I know is doing it) but my mom's basically holding on to me with a vice grip, especially because I want to go to Paris, even though I probably wouldn't succeed there; I'm not thin enough to do ballet, and that's what they're big one. Anyway, she thinks that I'm going to be caught up in the whirlwind of underage sex and prostitution because it's totally plausible that I'm going to have to whore myself for money for food when room and board would be provided. Going to work on this one.

Mom doesn't like Erick that much, either, probably because he's Jewish. Oh mothers. You're so silly.

However, vol. 4 of Tenimyu Supporters made me laugh. A lot. Corey thinks I'm crazy, but hey, it happens. She thinks KENN is cute, though, and she already likes Se7en! Sooner or later, I'll have fully converted her. :D Wait for it.
